Player Housing!

I have set up the scripts for players to be able to rent/buy in-town buildings for their own decorations. (Thank you to Warped for the suggestion )

If players wish to gather and submit guild suggestions and guidelines, I will also be happy to review and help set up guildhalls in the major cities, so people can roleplay and help further build the world.

Also, in the interests of populating and decorating the Cities, I will allow players to claim a house (I have set up Britain, but will be doing the other Cities, so they can also be requested). Secondary houses can be purchased/rented at the listed costs.
