There's a Kilrathi ship in my backyard. What do I do?

Hello, traveller. I hope this note finds you safe, and well.

I'm in a very weird predicament, and any help shall be appreciated.

You see, I am a simple man. While I was out farming the other day, I found this weird structure outside my house. Having no idea what it could be, I asked some help from our wise mages, but they were all acting crazy for some reason. Then this weird blonde, cocky guy (kept calling himself the Avatar - HAH) appeared and kept mumbling words I didn't understand. But he did mention Kilrathis and ships (although it doesn't look fit to sail AT ALL). He kept on his tirade about commanders, wings and prophecies. Loony stuff.

Of course I can't trust that weirdo who kept walking around with people from all walks of life around him (and even a kid, ewww), but the structure is still there and I'm afraid it might be dangerous. Any help on solving my predictament will be appreciated.
